Don Atlas Hospitality is inspired by family. Our core values are loyalty, respect, creativity, and ingenuity. Don Atlas started as a collaboration of ideas, varied skill sets, positive energy, and deep love for working with one another.
We focus on three main ethics: Diversity, Inclusion, and Solidarity. Our humble beginnings start with Sandon and Addie’s two hardworking grandfathers, Don and Atlas. These powerful and respected businessmen worked with integrity and showed the power of working with and for your family. We have embraced their ideals and founded our company on their principles. We offer a “people-first” mentality. We believe in transparency, authenticity, relationships, client-focused, creativity; and we care for everyone that is involved from attendees, clients, and staff.

What is your motivation?
In a time of unprecedented change, uncertainty, and emotion I feel very motivated to help and empathize with people of all walks of life. In our industry, we have always been flexible, but now we must be more sensitive to the environment, our own well-being, and most importantly sensitive to the other humans with whom we share our lives, work and planet.
What do you want your legacy to be?
In this era of change I wish to be a catalyst and architect of change. Change in how we view service and how we view each other. I want to leave behind a long history of championing the underserved. I wish to develop in my team a motivation that will stay with them throughout their careers and a goal of enriching themselves, while enriching those around them. I want to be remembered as positive, fair, kind, hard-working and most of all empathetic to other’s needs.

What is your motivation?
My girls. Being a mom of three girls I strive everyday to make them proud and show them the strength of women. I want to show them you can have a successful career and home life if you work hard, follow your dreams, and stay dedicated.

What is your motivation?
My family. Both my blood and chosen family. I am the man who I am today because of the sweat and tears that my family have shed to bless me with the life that I have been given. My success is their success and I stand here proud in OUR accomplishments.
What do you want your legacy to be?
I strive to be voice for those who are voiceless. If I do not make you feel like you are a part of my family, I am not doing by job. I am here to create a community of inclusion and acceptance. Love wins.

What is your motivation?
Being of service and exceeding expectations motivates me to strive for better in my personal and professional life. It gives me a sense of accomplishment in myself to be of service to others. Success that is determined not by money or social status but determined by the gratification of a job well done is motivating to me. When we receive expressions of gratitude from our clients and customers it fills me with joy.
What do you want your legacy to be?
Kindness. Towards all others and our planet. Kindness costs nothing but is worth everything.

Where do I begin so I can truly capture my personal experience with Don Atlas Hospitality?
We were selected as a training vendor to support a pharma sales meeting, and Sydney and Sandon were responsible for meeting planning. Our team was just one of a many other vendors supporting this event, but from our first introduction we felt like we were the only other vendor there.
They graciously welcomed us as part of the team, communicated frequently and collaborated with us
throughout the event so we could meet the client’s expectations for our portion of the training. They
worked tirelessly all day every day, consistently attentive to all requests, unwavering positive attitude, and all with a singular focus on the flawless execution of the event.

Sydney and Sandon are a dream team! No idea is too crazy, no detail too small. When I threw out the idea of converting an entire floor of our office building into a collaboration space for our global team meeting, even I thought it was too much. Sydney and Sandon showed up to the initial walkthrough with blueprints in hand, ready to talk about details like furniture, AV placement, and signage. At the same time, they helped us create a fantastically fun outdoor reception using local food trucks that kept us well under budget AND well fed. They are my go-to team for all our large events, and I can't imagine running these programs without them.
